People get plastic surgery for many reasons. Some want to fix defects, and others are simply not happy with the way they look. These are the top 10 people whose quest for the perfect look have left them looking more like the dolls Barbie and Ken.

Ashton Clarke went out of her way to get the Barbie look, but she didn’t use plastic surgery. She gets it from blonde hair-dye, extensions, false tan, fake lashes, contact lenses and strong lipstick. She is also a multi-lingual PhD student just showing that looks can be deceiving.
9. Celso Santebanes
Celso gave as much as he could to look like Ken. He had multiple surgeries that added up to more than £30,000. It wasn’t a one way system though. Celso made a lot charging £10,000 for public appearances. With that kind of money he could have made the cost of surgery back in no time. Sadly Celso has passed away after a five-month battle with leukemia, aged only 21.
8. Lolita Richi
At 16 Lolita may be the youngest human Barbie doll. She claims that she has had no surgery at all, which is truly remarkable if true. She does admit to using coloured contacts to give her eyes an unreal look, but apparently the rest is just makeup.
7. Angelica Kenova
Like Lolita, Angelica claims to have never had any cosmetic surgery. This time though, her parents are the driving force behind her image. They hired a personal trainer for her when she was very young, and control her clothing choices as well as her diet. Despite being so involved with her life they actively encourage her to participate in revealing photo shoots, even while preventing her from dating.
6. Blondie Bennett
For Blondie Bennett plastic surgery was not enough. To begin with she spent £25,000 on breast enhancements. The next step was to go beyond appearances. Blondie attends weekly hypnotherapy sessions in order to act more brainless, to better perfectly capture the Barbie fantasy.

Quentin and Anastasia took things to the next level. This couple are travelling the road of transformation together, collectively spending over £200,000 on plastic surgery. Their goal is to become the perfect living embodiment of the plastic couple, and they are even getting their names changed to match.

Alina is another human Barbie lookalike that claims she has never had plastic surgery. She says her features are naturally doll-like, and that she maintains the perfect complexion by staying out of the sun.

Pixee went to one of the most extreme lengths possible to achieve her goals. She says she wants to look like a cartoon character, and to that end she has had 6 ribs removed. This allows her to achieve a record-breaking 14 inch waist. That is so small she can fit her entire middle in her own hands.

Justin has viewed plastic surgery as the trademark of the rich and successful ever since he was a child. Since his parents did not approve he had to wait until he turned 18 for his first procedure, which he did by getting a nose job 4 days after his 18th birthday. Since then he has had almost 200 different surgeries modifying various parts of his body, including his shoulders, abs, biceps, triceps, and nearly all aspects of his face.

Valeria might be the most famous of all the Barbie lookalikes. This is particularly impressive considering she says that she has never had any work done on her face at all. Valeria admits to having breast implants and coloured contact lenses, but she says that her figure and face are a combination of natural factors and simple makeup. For a long time Lukyanova was surrounded in controversy focused on alleged image doctoring. In response she appeared in a number of live shows to prove once and for all that she is the real life Barbie doll.
